THE SESSION
THE SESSION
Our sessions alternate between cardio training on a treadmill and strength training on the Rig. Our sessions are designed with a focus on a different muscle group each day to provide a balanced approach to your training week.
Expect an epic atmosphere with playlists and energy to drive the best out of you!
THE RIG
RIG
Head to your booked Rig space. Your HUSTLE Coach will tell you what equipment you need and when relevant. Your HUSTLE Coach will give you options of weight selection throughout the workout on bar work, Adjustable Jammers, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells bands, TRX and occasionally aqua boxing bags.
THE RUN
RUN
Head to your booked treadmill. Runs are designed to hit all levels of fitness. You will be given three options for speed; beginners, intermediate, or advanced with the option to scale up or scale down depending on your own individual capabilities. You can expect your Run to incorporate easy walk/jogs, moderate and fast runs, sprints, and various levels of inclines hills. We also offer a bike option as needed to include everyone. All Styles Welcome!
COOL DOWN
COOLDOWN
After you HUSTLE, the best preparation for your next workout is to cool down and recover well. We offer a complimentary recovery lounge as well as stretch classes.
If you have to leave class early, please try to book the rigs closet to the HUSTLE exit.
Don't forget, you can pre-order your recovery smoothie before class and it will be waiting for you to grab and go after.
