Choose your best option that works best for you and your goals. You can buy a package of sessions that expire in 12 months at either 1 session, 4 sessions, 8 sessions, 12 sessions or 24 sessions. The more sessions you buy the more you save per session. Choose your package and your trainer and we'll get you going! You don't have to be a member to purchase and use a Personal Training package wtih us.

This is a partnership. Meet your trainer for a consultation and make a plan. We suggest purchasing a DEXA scan before hand to give us personalized data and craft a plan to get your desired results faster.

Kaleb Campbell
Kaleb is a highly skilled coach and personal trainer with a background in a weightlifting, group classes, and functional training. He has several years of experience in creating workout plans for anyone at any fitness level. Kaleb likes to spend time with his wife and son as well as compete in local CrossFit competitions in his spare time. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Kaleb has the ability to help you reach your goals through his knowledge and experience.
Julie Catton
Julie is a NASM certified Personal Trainer
with a focus on holistic health, coaching, and nutrition. With several years of experience and expertise in the fitness and health coaching industry, Julie empowers her clients to transform their lives through sustainable lifestyle changes. Her personalized approach combines tailored workout plans, nutritional guidance, and motivational coaching to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

Fred Hartville
Fred is a highly skilled coach and Personal Trainer with a background in college athletics. He was a Division 1 NCAA and Big Ten champion gymnast at the University of Illinois and gymnastics coach in Champaign and Peoria Illinois. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fred coaches HUSTLE classes, SHRED group training programs, and periodically offers a 10 Week Strength and Conditioning summer program for gymnasts. Fred currently teaches Les Mills BODYATTACK and The Trip classes and is taking on new clients and groups for both youth and adults.
Brad Jacob
Brad Jacob is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. After 16 years of working in an aluminum foundry, he decided to make a life change and focus on health and well-being. Brad has made his own personal fitness transformation and believes in helping you transform and maintain your physical and mental health too.
Alli Mangieri
Alli is a NASM certified Personal Trainer with a background in sports, weight training and CrossFit. Having worked with a trainer herself, she understands the importance of building trust with her clients and creating plans unique to each individual. Her coaching approach is to meet her clients where they're at and she will help you incorporate healthy lifestyle foundations in and outside of the gym to yield the best results. She is currently working towards a nutrition and hormone specialist certification to better serve her clients.
