Class Formats & Programming

Every class format at Styles Studios Fitness

Styles Studios Fitness runs 150+ live and virtual classes each week across four boutique studios in north Peoria, Illinois. Everything below is included with an all-access membership. Formats stay consistent; days and times change week to week.

HUSTLE — Strength & Conditioning

Hustle is the coach-led strength and conditioning studio at Styles Studios Fitness. Programming follows a named class each day of the week, and every class has its own muscle-group focus, so members follow real structure instead of random workouts. Class names below are the Styles Studios Fitness branded HUSTLE classes; days and times are managed in the Styles App.

CHAIN — Immersive Indoor Cycling

Chain is the immersive indoor cycling studio at Styles Studios Fitness, built around a floor-to-ceiling IMAX-style screen with the lights down and the volume up. Cycling here is low-impact, which makes it one of the most joint-friendly ways to train hard at the club. Ride formats are programmed by Styles coaches; current rides, days and times are listed in the live Styles schedule.

More about CHAIN

THE TRIP

CHAIN's signature immersive cycling experience — the ride is projected across the floor-to-ceiling IMAX-style screen so the terrain, coaching and music move together as one journey. It is not a standard spin class; it is the full CHAIN immersive room experience.

Best for: All levels — resistance and effort are set by the rider, so first-timers and experienced riders take the same ride at different intensities.

Benefit: Big calorie burn and cardiovascular conditioning inside CHAIN's fully immersive environment.

URBAN RITUAL — Nightclub-Style Group Fitness

Urban Ritual is the nightclub-style group fitness studio at Styles Studios Fitness — lights, music and energy. The gym floor is the full-equipment training space at Styles Studios Fitness — racks, free weights, benches, machines, treadmills, bikes, rowers, ski ergs and a turf functional-training area. It is also home to the HYROX Training Club: Styles Studios Fitness is the only official HYROX training club in Central Illinois, and HYROX training is included with a full membership. Members use the floor on their own, with a Styles Personal Trainer, or with the HYROX Training Club.

More about GYM FLOOR & HYROX TRAINING CLUB

Not sure which class to start with?

There’s no single best first class — the right one depends on what you’re after. If you want strength, start in HUSTLE. If you want a hard cardio session without running, start in CHAIN. If you want music-driven group fitness, start in URBAN RITUAL. If you want mobility, breathing or a lower-impact start, start in FREESOL.

You don’t have to pick one lane. Commit and Flexible cover all four studios plus HYROX, and most members rotate through them in the same week. If you’re brand new, tell any coach before class — they’ll scale it for you. See what each studio does on the studios page.
